What are the different levels that a vendor can select from?

There are 4 different levels of service for a vendor. See below.

  1. FAMILY- This limited level is available for 1 wedding only. One time charge of $50.00 to be paid to GMMW.
  2. STANDARD- When a couple is looking as different vendor categories, a listed vendor’s contact information will be shown in that category.
  3. PREMIUM- Featured vendor contains the same features as the listed vendor with upgrades. A couple will be able to link to the vendor’s website from the GMMW website and also include photographs of the vendor’s product.
  4. PREMIUM WITH ADVERTISING- Premium vendors are featured vendors that have purchased advertisement that will be displayed in the fields of the couple’s interest.

When should I launch my Campaign?

You should launch your campaign after you have selected some vendors (you don't have to have them all though because you can add or change vendors after the campaign is launched).  You need to have your guest list pretty set before you launch.  You cannot add guests to the invitations area after the campaign is launched.  They can still access your page but the site will not email them reminders for your campaign.  Additionally, it is a good idea to wait until you have sent out your "save the date" cards.

What if I change my date?

Your funds will move to the new date as well, as long as it is more than 45 days out from your desired wedding date.  Your date can only be changed by Gift Me My Wedding - it can not be changed by you editing your profile. 

Example: if your date is June 1 and you decide on March 15 to move the date to May 1, that is acceptable. If you want to change the date to April 1, that is only 15 days out from the desired wedding date and we would not have the 30 day time frame to distribute your funds to your vendors.
